Rosie 

The new laptop is red (the lid is, that is), so I'm calling it Rosie.

There was once a time when getting a new computer, and especially a new laptop, was a joy. Now, it's hours of drudgery. Reformat the hard drive to get rid of the bloatware. Install the system. Find and install all the drivers. Install software. Transfer settings. Transfer data. Hours, hours, hours... On the other hand, I now have a laptop that's not four years old to carry around with me.

Speaking of the Light of Axim... I had a complicated third person dream. The entire thing was too complicated to remember, but it had two parts, the first being pretty 'realistic', and the second being totally Wheel of Time (it had Trollocs in it). It had two heroes, one of whom built a temple around the end (don't know why), and the other did something completely unexpected (but don't remember what). Annoying as it is that I didn't remember the details, I'm glad to know that I'm still dreaming despite of reboxetine.
