To Amaze and Amuse

Today's piece of stupidity comes from a W. Hurst, a person who is 'not an ignorant children', is 'in many honor classes at my high school' and is told to be 'uber smart'. And a living proof that intelligence (and I'm going to take the claims of honours classes and uber smartness at face value) matters not a bit. How else could one explain this sentence: The only thing I could figure is that this JRR Tollkin ripped off JK Rowling (the latter obviously should give the former some writing tips)?

The most incredible thing here is, however, how close I came to falling for it. It's (not just sometimes) really good to be a snoopy bastard by nature. It's also good to be reminded that no matter how riled one may get, one should always, always think (and research) before speaking (or, in this case, venting one's ire). Because, on the second look, Will Hurst doesn't seem to be an ignorant children, but a learned troll.
