Egg/Chicken

Can the form shape the content? Or is the content necessary before one can decide on the form?

I suppose this is a motivation/action question for me. As it is, I'll go with the form first. Now I have to decide whether I want to bother with WordPress, or use Blogger for this one, too. And the design... Still no ideas there.

I think going back to work will actually help with that. It better.
