New, Improved!
Well, I sat down, and I searched my code, and I was very annoyed. It turned out that several tags weren't closed, including the body and html tags. Like I said, I HATE TYPING CODE!!!
But now it's mostly done, there are a few things I'd like to add, but the main reason for making a CSS template has been dealt with, and I'm happy.
