The first government-certified school of astrology will soon be opening in this country. And I can't but wonder if Miranda Goshawk's Standard Books of Spells and Newt Salamander's Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them will be required reading material...

If anyone knows a country which considers this a valid cause for granting asylum, please let me know.
